You need to know the username and password for your cameras to be able to add them back to the application. If you don't know the password and username, connect directly to the administration interface of your cameras in order to change the password. Use the manual of the camera devices to learn how to change or reset the password in case you have forgot it.
The iVMS-4500 application will allow you to add the cameras, but it won't give you the possibility to recover or reset the password.
